Why would anyone be an extreme vocal watch dog of Insigna? He didn’t do anything that bad that I recall.
How do I set the day for the alarm on my avia-tec sports watch?
January 28th, 2012I have an old Avia-tec sports watch. I can see how to set the time of the alarm, but not how to set the day. It is currently set to go off on Monday (the ‘Mon’ is flashing.) Can anyone help?

Did you watch the pilot for the show Alcatraz?

I personally really liked it and I think that if they stay strong and do it right they can get a season 2. However, if they put in a few boring episodes, it will turn off the viewers.
Thoughts?
I think it has a great deal of potential. The story is interesting and they have a strong cast, particularly with Sam Neill. As long as they avoid falling into a rut with the "escapee of the week" formula, it could be really good.
