What's the most popular watch in the military? I hate steel things and I want it to be as lightweight as possible also I'm not rich so 200-300$ would be the maximum.
Suunto, Luminox, MTM, and even Casio produce a wide variety of watches that are well suited for military ...

Whenever I watch those "military member reunited with family" videos, the military guy/gal is almost always wearing their BDUs (camouflage uniform). I'm wondering if they are required to do it or if it is for show/to make an impression.
