Rescues are paid …
Rescues are paid for by taxes of local governments of where the victim is rescued. For instance, if someone from Sacramento is rescued in Sonoma County, then Sonoma County bills Sacramento County. The same is true for all search and rescue throughout the State of California.

Thats awesome. Yes, I have no doubt you would like that, but sorry, I don’t get down like that. However, good news for you man, you will fit right in when you get to jail and they will have all the you can eat. Enjoy.
And quit bullshitting, you know you haven’t ever taken 50 Abalone, I bet you didn’t even know what an Abalone was till you clicked on this video by accident.

Think about what …
Think about what would happen if people thought you were cool for doing that and decided to do the same. There would be no abalone/paua, an easy way of telling if you’re doing the right thing with nature is ask yourself, if everyone in my country/town/city did the same as I was doing would the environment/wildlife I’m collecting from survive? If you love abalone so much make sure they’re still around for you kids/granchildren to enjoy
