IWC Schaffhausen SIHH 2012 Gala Event

As part of the Salon International de la Haute Horlogerie (SIHH), IWC Schaffhausen invited around 1,000 guests and journalists from all over the world to the launch of its new Pilot’s Watch collection in Geneva. Under the motto “TOP GUN”, and in the presence of celebrities like Cate Blanchett, Jean Reno, Ewan McGregor, Ronan Keating, sporting legends Boris Becker, Luís Figo and Zinédine Zidane as well as top model Adriana Lima, guests enjoyed an unforgettable gala evening rounded off with a performance from the legendary Bryan Ferry.

Ken Block’s Gymkhana THREE, Part 2; Ultimate Playground; l’Autodrome, France

Shot just south of Paris, France in Linas at l’Autodrome de Linas –Montlhéry, this 1.58 mile oval track, built in 1924, features banks as steep as 51 degrees, which is more than double the standard incline of most NASCAR ovals. Chosen by Ken for this specific reason, the ramp-like banking proved to be a unique and exciting challenge. The driving physics for the stunts performed were totally unknown until Ken attempted the maneuvers during filming.

Does the military allow you to wear watches that are not black?

Just wondering because I heard if they catch you with a watch that is not black then they’ll haze you for it.
Huh, well that’s reassuring then. I didn’t mean that they’ll punish me and all that but that I would get yelled at by my TI. I know they only sell black watches at the PX so I also assume only black watches were allowed for formal regulation. Thanks.

As stated from Army Regulation 670-1 1-14 A

"Soldiers may wear a wristwatch, a wrist identification bracelet, and a total of two rings
(a wedding set is considered one ring) with Army uniforms, unless prohibited by the
commander for safety or health reasons. Any jewelry soldiers wear must be conservative
and in good taste. Identification bracelets are limited to medical alert bracelets and
MIA/POW identification bracelets. Soldiers may wear only one item on each wrist."

In short, you are allowed to wear a different colored watch, as long as it is conservative and good taste. The rule of thumb is if you have to wonder if it will be wrong, you are most likely wrong.

But not in this case. Solid colors with minimum brand marks showing, and it is fine.

I am 15, and I am growing up with three guys in the house. I had to learn how to watch football or I would be bored out of my mind, so I did. I love football, and I am usually the one that turns it on, same with soccer and basketball. I also play golf. I am not a total tomboy, I wear make up and jewelry and stuff, and guys like me, but do y’all prefer the girly girl?

I am an avid golfer and watch football often. I’m a sports guy, and I think iwatching sports is an activity we can do together over and over again.

In short, YES I like a girl that watches sports! haha

I have an old Avia-tec sports watch. I can see how to set the time of the alarm, but not how to set the day. It is currently set to go off on Monday (the ‘Mon’ is flashing.) Can anyone help?
