I definately like …
I definately like this storyline for zander better.
the movie storyline for zander was too short, although the ending was nice, the brain bug sucks his brain out and he dies.
the tv series storyline has him being transformed into a human-bug hybrid and then later into a full bug and then after Dizzy helps Zander find what’s left of his humanity,he attempts to redeem himself and later dies(atleast i think he’s dead).
all in all
it’s all good

I wish I could …
I wish I could reply to this with something pertinent, but all I can think to say is that that was the most intriguing and intelligent post I’ve read all day. And now I want to play StarCraft….
Hey is everybody writing letters to Sony to get the series finished? There’s petitions, sure, but I think letters are what’s gonna do it. The address is right on the sonypicturesstudios website.

It’s the law of …
It’s the law of monologue, or something to that effect? Common failure of overconfident villains.

I suspect it’s …
I suspect it’s partly because he developed his ‘bug’ mind away from the influence of brain bugs? I mean, that’s just my attempt at explaining it… And his independence is perhaps tolerated or even valued, as he might be, one, too thought-intensive to control directly, and two, considered to be capable of adapting to situations more rapidly than the mindless drones that require a brain bug. And his loyalty seems quite certain. How is Kerrigan’s relative freedom in early StarCraft explained?

Maybe the guys who made Dead Space were fans of this show too?

It’d have to be …
It’d have to be classic 98 or Me versions- likely for cost-effective reasons. XD
XP or later would be too stable for that stuff.

Well, this isn’t …
Well, this isn’t exactly the book. It’s kind of a meshing of the first two movies and the book. Maybe they just don’t have it in this continuity? much like in this continuity, they’re not wearing true MI armor as seen in the book, and mini-nuke launchers aren’t quite as ubiquitous as in the book, either. Nor are MI as much of cannon fodder as they were in the movies… but anyone who isn’t the Roughnecks in this series are still not too far off from cannon fodder.

During the Zephyr …
During the Zephyr campaign, I’d imagine? I think I recall Carmen keeping Johnny at bay and at the end of the last episode for that campaign, he’s seen holding hands with Dizzy.

A bit of a foul-up …
A bit of a foul-up with the CGI artists, I’d wager- sounds like his insignia keeps changing from private to sergeant and back throughout the episodes since his promotion. Been seeing such pointed out in comments so far.

I am sorry but, …
I am sorry but, having Zander being able to make a his own decisions independent from the “Swarm” is a giant plot hole
that is a laughable story element
This series is really good and has lots of good things going for it but that whole “thing” was a complete failure
they really dropped the ball on that
