How can you be sure to get a real Omega watch?

I plan to buy an Omega watch from Amazon.com. But how can I get assured that they will send me a real original Omega not a fake one.

Watches are the kind of things I would buy from a shop.
Clothes is okay on the internet, but I can’t really trust the internet if the watch is fake or real.
Pictures aren’t always real.
