How can I remove links from a Tag Heuer Calibre 6?

I have a Men’s Stainless Stell Calibre 6 watch that I cannot figure out how to remove the links from. Any help would be appreciated. Yes I looked in the manual and there are no directions on how to remove the links.

I would take it to a fine jewelry store and have the links removed there. They shouldn’t charge you to remove them and it would be safer than doing it yourself. Good luck!
